Kimberley A. Bouchard

Artistic Director

Kimberley has directed over 70 productions in professional and educational theatre in the USA, Canada, Spain, England and Mexico. Recent directing credits at Pendragon include Native Gardens by Karen Zacarías, Guys on Ice by Fred Alley and James Kaplan, Disgraced by Ayad Akhtar, and Amadeus by Peter Shaffer. She is a Professor Emeritus of the State University of New York, Potsdam, where she taught theatre arts for 24 years, was chair of the Department of Theatre and Dance, Chair of Faculty Senate and co-chaired the Steering Committee for the new Performing Arts Center completed in 2014. During fall 2016 she was a faculty member with Colorado State University’s
“Semester at Sea” where she worked with students and colleagues from around the world. She was the recipient of a Fulbright Senior Lectureship in American Literature and Culture at the University Rovira Virgili in Tarragona, Spain. She was awarded the President’s Award for Excellence in Teaching at SUNY Potsdam and the regional award in Teaching Excellence from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.


Allison Studdiford

Associate Artistic Director & Education/Therapeutic Programs

Allison is a director and an AEA and SAG/AFTRA actor who was based in the San Francisco Bay
Area for many years. She is also a co-founder of TheatreFirst, a professional theater company in
Berkeley. Allison has performed at many theaters around the Bay Area, as well as various
others ranging from Seattle to Los Angeles. For Pendragon Theatre, she has directed The
Foreigner, Fiction, Love List and co-directed Art. She has also played Sonia in Vanya, Sonia,
Masha and Spike and Myra in Death Trap. She graduated from the Drama Studio London at
Berkeley, where she won the Best Actor award. She is also a licensed hardwood flooring
contractor who founded The Floor Show in Berkeley in 1978, which is still thriving today in
2020. She is very happy to be back home in the North Country!


Jill Serrano Michalsky 

Business Manager

Jill hails from Chester Springs, PA where she began her life in arts and music at young age. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a Minor in Communications from Slippery Rock University. For the past decade, she has worked for arts institutions across New York City in varying capacities. Most notably, she has worked at Lincoln Center, Baryshnikov Arts Center, and Battery Dance. Jill is also a Co-Founder and Company member for two dance companies – LatticeWorks Dance Collective and Abundance Dance Company.


Christian (Pepe) Serrano Goden

Technical Director/Videographer

Christian "Pepe" Serrano Godén, a dancer, choreographer, carpenter, rock climber and technical director, was born and raised in Puerto Rico. For the past two decades he has performed, taught and choreographed nationally and internationally using the styles of aerial, ballet, ballroom, contemporary, modern, opera and physical theater. Over the past eight years he has focused on working backstage for dozens of theaters on the East Coast as well as in Europe. He fell in love with woodworking a few years ago and has since sold work for homes, businesses and stages in New York and New Jersey. In his free time he is a Crossfit enthusiast and rock climbing aficionado, a proud dad of a four legged pup as well as a devoted husband.
