HOW YOU CAN HELP PENDRAGON CONTINUE TO FLOURISH
Dear Pendragon Patron
Thanks to YOU our 40th Anniversary Summer Season was a smashing success! Your generous support as patrons and donors allowed us to produce challenging plays that entertained and inspired our audiences.
Adding to our excitement is the progress we’ve made towards a new and enhanced theatre for Pendragon! We’ve received major state funding through the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) which will allow us to play a key role in bringing new life and vitality to downtown Saranac Lake. For more information on our progress, go to http://www.newpendragon.org
Each year Pendragon’s work touches hundreds of lives in our community, and thousands more who visit our region. Our staged productions may be the “face” of Pendragon, but we offer so much more that depends on your support: The Young Playwrights Festival, Camp Pendragon for youth grades 7-12, our acclaimed Arts in Education Touring Show, and our drama therapy workshop for veterans, in partnership with St Joseph’s Addiction Treatment and Recovery Centers. We are committed in all we do to create quality productions for our community and to actively use the power of the arts to transform lives.
Young actors like Andrew O’Brien (Gabe, Next to Normal) share the impact of his experience performing at Pendragon:
“The wonderful people at Pendragon work, create, act, sing, laugh and experience life together to develop pieces of art that speak to the community in ways that inspire me and others to reflect on their own lives.”
We are committed to continuing this legacy of Pendragon. We know that with your PRESENT support, we will grow into Pendragon’s FUTURE. YOU will continue to be the most important part of Pendragon! Your gift ensures that Pendragon will continue to enrich and engage all those we touch.
All donations to the Fall appeal go entirely to operations.
Thank you in advance for your generous gift.
