Our New Facility

Join us for a Community Open House on April 25, 11 AM – 4 PM.

Tours and informal exploration of the space will be available throughout the day.

For 45 years, Pendragon has been the backbone of theatre in the Adirondacks. From the beginning, we’ve been dedicated to excellence and community impact.

Our new downtown home offers a state-of-the-art proscenium theatre, year-round programming, ADA accessibility, new job opportunities, and creative possibilities, among other benefits, all in an environmentally friendly LEED Silver way.

Pendragon Theatre began construction on Oct. 21, 2024 and we have moved in as of February 2026!

We’re still completing fundraising and need your help to produce top-notch theatre, increase our economic impact, and provide enrichment and entertainment to the community.

Support The Last Act and Make a Contribution Today!

Name the Dragon! Our new theatre has a dragon who’s ready to take flight—  but it needs a name.

  • Make a gift of any size during Founders Month and you’ll be entered into the community naming contest. The winning name will become part of Pendragon history.

  • Select Dragon Naming in the dropdown

Take-A-Seat

Make Pendragon's new facility a part of your legacy.

The Take-A-Seat Campaign offered the opportunity to make a gift and dedicate a seat in the new theatre.

  • Name a Flexible Front-Row Seat!
With a gift of $1,000, you can now name a flex-row movable seat, featured in the front rows for the most popular shows and designed to adapt to each production’s unique staging, special features, and the dynamic flexibility of the stage itself. Your gift will also count toward Founders Month totals. (You may indicate a flex seat name and/or dragon name entry under “Additional Information” on the giving form.)

Worried about parking?

In addition to 14 on-site parking places,  plus 2 designated ADA spots, there are 18 parking spaces on the street west and north of the facility.  Along with the 100 free parking spots in town that are within 5-7 minutes walking distance, there is triple the parking of the old site, without the ruts and ice. We are confident that you will be able to find a convenient spot. We also encourage you to arrive early, eat and drink at a great restaurant in town, then walk over to visit us!
