Special performances of Treasure Island include:

Thursday, July 17 at 7pm: Stage + Scoop Night!

Students will receive a $10 ticket + a scoop of ice cream from Mountain Mist.

Bonus, we will be joined by the Robert Louis Stevenson Cottage for a talkback following the performance.

Friday, July 18 at 7pm: Pirate Competition Night!

Wear your best pirate gear and enter our pirate competition. The audience will vote for the winner following the show.

ABOUT THE SHOW

Sail the high seas and search for treasure in this exciting adaptation of the classic novel by Robert Louis Stevenson--but beware of pirates!

​

Jim Hawkins sets sail with a treasure map, but he eventually discovers that his crew mates are pirates-in-hiding, hungry for gold. Will Jim be able to safely find the treasure, or will the infamous Long John Silver beat him to it?

​

This swashbuckling adventure is perfect for aspiring pirates and any young theatre lover who seeks action and thrills. The production will be presented by the talented young performers in our Camp Pendragon program.

is a NC based actress. After leading

Camp Pendragon the last three summers, HK is blessed to be returning to direct the upcoming production of Treasure Island. Previous credits include The Greatest Hits Down Route 66 (Off Bway), Come From Away and the Buddy Holly Story (National Tours), and Heathers: The Musical (WCU). SARAH GRACE HOUSTON

Sarah Grace aka 'SG' (she/her)

is a NYC based dancer, actor, and

choreographer. Born and raised in Dallas, TX, she trained extensively in classical ballet but always held a passion for storytelling. While attending the Fordham University and Alvin Ailey BFA Program, she had the pleasure of dancing with and learning from some of the world’s most brilliant choreographers while studying how human beings move. Pendragon credits include: choreography for The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and The Rocky Horror Show.
